Program Objectives
  • Assess Individuals for Substance Abuse and Dependency Issues
  • Provide Assessment Results and
  • Provide recommendations to the Referring Agency and participating support team
  • Create a Plan of Action for Participants, if required
  • Refer Participants to Appropriate Service Providers
  • Monitor Compliance/ Non-Compliance of Recommendations
  • Provide Crisis Intervention PRN
  • Supervise Drug Screening
  • Report Status of Participants to the Referring Agency *Support team includes, but is not limited to, parents, family, friends, therapist, school administration, after signing waiver of confidentiality
