CLEARSTART, LLC is a private outpatient counseling center established in 2009 for the treatment of Substance Use Disorders. It is co-owned and operated by Dwayne Abshire, LAC, CCS and Charles "Chuck" Broussard, BGS, LAC. Mr. Abshire and Mr. Broussard offer combined experience of over 60 years in the field of addiction treatment. CLEARSTART, LLC clinical staff includes Licensed Addiction Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors.
Services offered by CLEARSTART, LLC include substance abuse assessments, individual and group counseling (for both the primary clients and their families), post-treatment monitoring, education and referral.
CLEARSTART, LLC also participates as a treatment team member for several "Problem Solving Courts" within the 15th Judicial District Court of Louisiana. The staff at CLEARSTART, LLC helped develop and serves the 15th Judicial District Court Family Courts in providing assessment services when the question of potential substance abuse arises within a family.
It is the goal of CLEARSTART, LLC to provide safe, competent and professional services to those suffering from addictive disorders, including those significant others in their lives.
