• Allows tracking statistics on recovery rate

• At least one random drug screen per month
• Drug screens may include hair, saliva, urine, blood or breathalyzer
• Additional screen request(s) by support team members at a cost of $45.00 per screen
• Monthly progress reports sent to individual(s) listed on contract
• Immediate notifications of any positive and/or missed screen
• Team member(s) support
• Monthly contact with participant
• Crisis intervention/support services
• Referrals to appropriate level of care if treatment is required
